TESTING CHECKING (WHEN REQUIRED WITHOUT MATERIAL)

 

1. Testing engine under load & offload condition for general performance/evaluation load to be provided by the client

2. Testing of safety devices operation, dash gauges, and panel gauge operation

3. Output voltage for fluctuation/adjustment

4. Rectification of all leakage's

5. Checking of the Water pump

6. Checking of Starting Circuit

7. Checking of Charging Circuit

8. Checking of Exciter

9. Checking of Gauges

10. Checking of shut-off Circuit  

11. Checking of Fan Drive Unit

12. Checking of Oil Pump
