GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

1. This Contract covers only routine maintenance and shall not cover other than routine maintenance, like the minor, major overhauling or any part replacement job.

2. One call Services agrees to provide the services with a minimum of two (02) visits per month from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

3. An extra invoice will be raised by One Call Services to the customer if any visit found excess to the routine numbers of visit per year.

4. The customer shall arrange Lubricants, Filters, Elements, and all other necessary consumable items as per requirement for the required maintenance.

5. One Call Services will not be responsible for any consequential loses due to malfunctioning/major breakdown due to any cause of the Generator Equipment.
